One Sim Card Slot is not working
I just unboxed the box and inserted 2 sim cards but only one sim is deducted, One sim card is not working I checked all the possible ways but only one sim slot is working

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G is an excellent value for the price. It is fast, reliable, and performs smoothly. I LOVE it SO MUCH!!! The 64MP triple camera takes great photos, and the dual SIM with NFC makes it very convenient for international use. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable and affordable phone!

This phone looked like everything I wanted in a value-oriented smartphone, but it has to actually work! I should've known better than to buy a phone with no warranty... What does it tell you about a company's confidence in their product if they don't offer a warranty? Anyway... I bought this phone because it had been rated relatively high on multiple websites that rank phones, and this was a solid pick in the value category. Regardless of that however, shortly after the Amazon return window closed and for no obvious reason, this phone began to randomly stop sending and receiving text/MMS messages for days at a time, and then occasionally the mic would also randomly stop working while making calls! The problems would always go away after a time, but if a phone doesn't have the ability to call/text when you need it, it's unacceptable... I had thought that OnePlus was a good company, but it turns out that I'm only one of many that have been having similar issues with their phones of late... Just watch Linus Tech Tips video on OnePlus! I just wish I saw it before buying this waste of money.

Phone is good but i requested to seller i need invoice or warrenty paper, in shppinf box or on website not avilable, if no have any warrenty paper or invoice how can i clam this phone is in my name
