Outstanding taste, great value
Yeah, it isn’t cheap. But since the dawn of man, has quality ever been cheap? Nope. Arrived well packaged with still cold cooler packs inside to keep it from heating up in sunny Arizona. Little bit goes a long way. On its own, heavenly. On risotto, whoa Nelly. I’m just upset I can’t find a 5lb wedge! I’ll be burning through this at a fast clip.

CHEESY WORK OF ART
I love this cheese! Its FAR more flavorful from the imported Parmigiano Reggiano I get from the local grocery store. Yes my grocery store has imported Parmigiano Reggiano in their deli speciality case. This is the best Parmigiano Reggiano I have ever had! From a pricing perspective this doesn't compete with the less flavorful imported Parmigiano Reggiano I get from the local grocery store. The price I pay for smaller blocks from my local grocery store is $19.99 per pound compared to $24.09 per pound price tag of this cheesy work of art. I don't mind paying for what I get, but I better get what I pay for! IMHO - I definitely got what I paid for; no doubt about it! Obviously any Parmigiano Reggiano is a no brainer compared to any thing labeled Parmesan "Cheese" made with cellouse fiber. What the heck? Highly recommended

The Real Deal
Really good cheese, aged to perfection, and has those little crystals, that crunch in your mouth - you only get them in real Parmesan! Came in a freezer pack which kept the cheese from spoiling in our hot weather. Reminds me of the aged Parmesan that I purchased in a store in Milan Italy many moons ago!

This Is The Real Thing
We have searched the internet and have settled on this Parmigiano Reggiano from choice Red Cows from a family that has been making the cheese for many generations.

Best Parmigiano Reggiano that I've ever had
Had heard of this particular cheese maker and this product from a YouTube channel that I follow (Pasta Grammar) and wanted to try. Can't order in the US from their site in Italy, but happily found it available on Amazon. The cheese is absolutely the best that I've ever tasted, tough the cost does make it something that I feel has to be considered as something to have on special occasions, not really for every dish that requires parmigiana reggiano.

Finest Parmesan I have ever tried
I bought the 30-36 month Parmesan from this vendor previously and wanted to see if the additional year of aging made the increased price worth it. I think so. This is a densely-flavored parm....rich in nut flavors and with a constellation of amino acid crystals. Given its high price I plan to use it like fleur de sel, ie a finishing ingredient, or enjoyed on its own with water crackers. It's quite special. A+
