Q: how do you clean the bar pan?

Do NOT use soup. The point of this stone pan is to absorb the flavors so over time it enhances flavors of all food cooked in it. Ignore anyone who say to use soup on stoneware. They are very wrong. The soup will absorbed into the stone and destroy the entire point of using stoneware to flavor food better. You don’t want all your food to have a soup flavor. Heat removes remains of food and grim. Heat and use scrapper. It’s works fabulously.

way below the broiler but not close too rapid heat gain will crack it
