Great ink
This brand of ink works for my printer. My printer recognize it and it prints great. I have been buying this same ink for some time now. The quality of the ink is very good. This brand of ink is cheaper than the brand name ones. I have no issue with this brand of ink.

One of the two failed outside of return date. The other would have gotten 5 stars.
I am posting a three-star review because only one of the 2 cartridges worked when installed. I installed the first one just after purchase and it worked fine. (5 star) I installed (or install failed) the second one 13 months after purchase and got the dreaded "cartridge failed" message. (zero stars) Although this is past return date, the rufus says this has a 24 month shelf life. The clear plastic was still sealed before attempted installation. I wouldn't be posting a bad review, but this is the second time within the past year that this has happened with this vendor, and on two different printers that use the same 61 xl. The vendor made it right the first time, but what the? Although I have been going back to this vendor for years, I will try ordering 61xl reman color from a different vendor.

This Company Stands Behind Their Products
I have purchased a number of printer cartridges from ValueToner. One was defective. I contacted them and it was immediately replaced at no charge to me. The cartridges work exceptionally well, and I have purchased a number of them. I highly recommend them.

I am a repeat customer. This is my Go To brand
The quality of the ink, on printed copies, is perfect. Clear crisp text every time. The photos are true to color and the ink lasts a long time. It doesn't dry out between uses, and there may be a couple of months between printing.

one cartridge did not work
one of the cartridges did not print and I sent an email stating one did not allow the printer to print. I have not gotten a response to date. I would ask that you send a replacement. Thank you ! I have not gotten a replacement cartridge and I paid for two that should have worked. Please respond with a refund or another cartridge.
