Very effective
I used these while I was not allowed to swim (during surgery recovery). 3 weeks out of the water and I came back faster than before my surgery thanks to the strength I gained from using these bands

It’s very cheap and nothing good about it and I didn’t have lots of expectations on it. But my daughter 10 years old can pull this normal set easily. She like it anyway
