This product was exactly what I was looking for when deciding to remodel our bathroom. The look, the ease of use and the quality all make this combo a must! The manufacturing company was also tremendous in their customer service as the faucet threading broke during installation. They sent a replacement at no cost and quickly. I am very very please with everything but the handheld is my favorite as it makes rinsing so easy!

installed this myself. very solid and well built. the behind the wall parts are brass. the tub spout was awkward to install because it didnt come with a beauty ring to fit between it and the wall. i suppose i could have bought one myself but i wanted a cleaner look so i measured and measured and measured and measured some more. and i made several templates so I could get the hole exactly right, each new template (made from cardboard) was a little more accurate until i got it just right. I am happy with how it turned out. i took the limiter out of the handheld wand to improve water flow. others complained about leaks behind the wall so i made sure to test fit and get the right thickness of teflon tape and i have had no leaks. I installed this about 8 months ago and still no leaks.

Installed and used for six months. So far so good. Great quality and fast customer response.

I really like these showered heads and handles. We’ve been using them for the past few months and have really enjoyed them and have been happy with the quality. They work great, look really nice and were simple for our contractor to install. I knocked a star off because there are a couple of cons worth mentioning: - the rain shower head uses a ton of water on full power. Beware if you have a small hot water heater or live in a drought area. - the paint chips fairly easily (see image where the glass shower door it the shower head a couple of times) - the valve change between the hand shower and the shower head is backwards. I have two units and they were both this way so seems to be a manufacturing defect. This really doesn’t bother us but thought it was worth noting. Overall, I think these have the look of MUCH more expensive units for a fraction of the price. I’m curious to see how long they last but no regrets so far!

I remodeled my 2 batrooms 2yrs ago and bought 2 gabrylly shower system. I kinda skeptical in the beginning due to not familiar with gabrylly faucets. I like the design and the extended shower is a must very helpful esp when cleaning the bathroom. My other concern was that this particular system is made in China and not from a well-known brand, so I was unsure about the availability of replacement parts in the future. However, after 2yrs I reached out to customer support Gina, and told her my shower started dripping I was pleasantly surprised by her quick response. with not many questions asked she said she will send me a replament cartridge. In about a week or so I received the new cartridge, installed..work dine and no issue. Truly excellent customer service.

I have 3 of these shower systems, all in brushed nickel. The fixtures look lux, the water pressure is fabulous. I love the 10" shower head, it really is the perfect shower head size, like standing under a waterfall :) The handheld is great too, I just use it way less than I expected to because see above. All this is good for a 10/10 highly recommend rating. I bought these in June last year and they were finally installed in March this year. The contractor mucked it up and we weren't getting hot water in 1 of the 3 bathrooms. He said the cartridges were faulty. I emailed the vendor and they responded within 24 hours, sent me replacement cartridges for all 3 valves. They also sent videos and pdfs on how to troubleshoot and install - this is the best customer support I've worked with. Really grateful for all the guidance. Plumbing's now fixed and I'm the happiest customer. And so the rating is actually 13/10 - Highly Recommend!!

Arrived on time and exactly what I ordered.

My plumber had some doubts when I told him what I paid for this shower head and handheld. BUT, he was happy to admit his skepticism was not warranted! He said he was surprised by the quality and that the install was uncomplicated. It looks so good and it functions great. I've never been a fan of rainheads, as I assumed the flow would be wimpy. Not so! This one has a good strong flow that rinses my fairly thick hair quickly. Love that. And the handheld is so nice - easy to use, sits solidly in the holder. I would definitely use this system again. Seriously, it's as good as the expensive sets and the 5 star rating is deserved! Get it!!!
