i like this , easy to use , hold , looks pretty cool and sturdy enough for purpose , i have had grabbers beforethis is alright , the shoe horn works well , the magnet could have done with being a bit stronger , in all i am Happy with it , most useful after a hip replacement , value for money ,good job

The 'jaws' have a softer material which means they grip objects with hard shiny curves better. Also the handle to operate the 'jaws' is very substantial compared with other pick up objects. This has broken within a few months two devices I have had.

I've had this for some time now and frustration has made me bin it now because it just doesn't live up to the hype. The actual prongs that pick pick up do not meet flat on, only the very tips of them meet. So it's ideal for picking up large things like paper cups, bunches of fabric or rope even. But try to pick up a letter that's dropped to the floor or a puppy pad and it's useless. I have ended up having to bend to pick them objects up which is not easy for me as I am disabled and the whole point of getting this product was to make life easier, it doesn't. So I am going to try another brand to see if that picks up single sheets of paper and puppy pads more easily. If the prongs met flat on so all the pads met it would be brilliant. You can't bend them to make them fit because I tried. Infact I tried again today and one of the prongs have broken so that prompted me to write this review and find an alternative product. Other than not being suitable for picking up flat things like paper or puppy pads it's very well made. A good length to reach and comfortable to hold as it's nice and light yet robust. What a pity the actual 'grabber' part isn't as good as one would expect.

Brilliant value for money been a life safe for parents who struggle to bend. Brilliant length and very sturdy design. Functions well but the attachment doesn't always stay attached t zimmer and gets knocked off easily when walking about.
