Two of the wheels broke within less than two months of purchase. [As others report also] & Only by pulling across a completely flat concrete floor [as product is designed to do!] Product only used lightly/occasionally also!! Then.. a Third wheel broke.! But the customer service was DREADFUL – Be warned – there is NO warranty for parts on this, you actually have to pay for ALL spare parts and repair YOURSELF [Even if under & within warranty]! The warranty and customer service aspect is not fit for purpose and they are incompetent at best. Within 5 failed collections when I FINALLY got them to replace the whole machine [only after threats of legal action]. Even then they still said I should have paid for the three new wheels!? [Incredible really] All this, over a new wheel[s] costs of about £20..! Utterly shambolic AVOID – AVOID!

Hose kinks for too easily, wheels fall off when picking up the cleaner

I bought this when we had a new roof fitted & it make the mem sahib most pleased that I wasn't going to clean the loft with "her" house vac. Used it since in the workshop. Best feature is that it has a "pass-through" mode which means that I can plug a power tool into it and the vac starts when I switch the power tool on - very handy. Also good for vaccing out the car. Easy to wheel around.

OK so I seen from other reviews that the hose and metal tube is quiet short so I was aware of this, but it is definitely not designed for anyone over 4ft tall if you needed this to hoover floors be prepared to do your back no favours stooping, reach of hose is quite short and plastic stiff. Also the diameter of the metal tube and swan neck end of hose is quite narrow compared to other makes so I imagine it could block easy. I am mostly using for power tool hook up. The supplied reducing attachment is useless made of flexible rubber type materials not as good as hard plastic as it gets deformed by the powerful suction. Another very important point is on a SAFETY issue.......if using for the power tool socket when the power button is in 0 off position power is still going to the tool, if you are not aware of this you could accedentialy turn the tool on when not prepared and cause injury. So in the 2 position it works normally with power tools going off after a few seconds in the 1 position the vacuum runs constantly but you can still use power from the socket as vacuum runs and in the 0 off position power still is going to tool socket essentially the socket is aways on. They do state in the manual not to use it as a extension chord so it must be know it works while in the off position but once you are aware of this it's OK I suppose but why isn't off just off??!!!!!! Otherwise I am pleased with the purchase for my needs, it's a sturdy looking machine with great powerful suction, just be aware of the points I've made if they make a difference to you.
