Great value for money , nicely packaged , looks clean and a good amount for what you pay, drys well , mixes well with spirits and linseed oil , very opaque and thick, colours are vibrant and easy to use for beginners As well as more professional work. I’m in uni and this piece is half done for reference. I’d love more white tho😌

Fantastic oil paints, lovely and rich vibrant colours.

A wonderful little set of oils. Very high quality and I love the companies ethics and commitment to materials. The only thing I think is missing in this set is a french ultramarine or similar for use in portraits, however I just bought a tube from elsewhere for that. A real shame you can't buy these in bigger tubes or separately as I really do love the application and quality of these oils, I just wouldn't have a need to buy all of the colours again at once. I would have also preferred this set to have a straight titanium white rather than zinc white which doesn't have very good archival properties. Packaging was also very nice, but I think could have been improved with a more eco friendly mould to hold the paints in place rather than the black plastic it came with. Also, the box is VERY sturdy; I'm not longer storing the paints in it, but I am using it as a sort of tray to keep my mediums close by. Love the paints, please bring these out bigger (200ml) and separately and you will have a lifelong customer!

Using these as a beginner has encouraged me to keep going. I used a non toxic solvent as a medium and the colors are so vibrant when dried. Well worth the price. I will order the other sets from zen some day.

Lovely quality, nice and buttery, though wish ha included burnt sienna, instead of black, which artists do not like using, like to make own black!

Good quality oil paints, 50ml well packed great to give as a gift for your artist friends. It has a good pallet for the colors that are very useful to mix together and make additional colors The consistency is smooth, very happy with my purchase the price is very reasonable oil paints are not inexpensive and these are great quality for the price .
