I never use these flavorings for the macaron shells. I only use the flavoring for the filling that goes into each macaron. This brand has never disappointed with being precise with the flavoring. Even better, I only need about a 1/4 tsp to get the perfect flavoring for each macaron. Depending on what you’re using the flavoring for, I suggest you start with using a small amount of flavoring and working up to the desired flavor. Great flavor for baking cakes and making ice cream

I worked at an old fashioned ice cream shop for 7 years, I bought this to make cookies and cream ice cream in my ninja creami and it turned out great. Kinda expensive

This smells and tastes like straight chemicals. Lorann is my favorite emulsion brand, but this one is horrible.

OMG the quality of this flavoring is impeccable. The size is a little small but the potency of it makes you only have to add a little. It’s clear so it doesn’t affect the color. It definitely make my cupcakes taste and smell more like cookies and cream.

The flavor is spot on, and you don't have to use a lot.
