Good morning. Not creamy It is Americano taste.

There is no sugar in THIS G7 product. I believe there is a G7 black coffee product with sugar but no creamer. The 3-in-1 has both. The last one is quite sweet.

What is the size of each packet, in gram?

Front of serving packet-- 2g (0.07qz) This was really made to be used in a coffee press as "instantly ready" and is not a drop it into a cup and it all dissolves. If you use a clean microwave cup (and make sure you clean it with salt, too many of the dishwashing agents leave a residue you can taste) and fill the cup, open the packet, and drop it onto a 9/10 cup of water and put it into the microwave for long enough to let it start to boil (ususally3 to 4 minutes) and then set it on the table for long enough to get to a safe drinking temperature-- then it is great. Use a coffee press with boiling water and it is great. Think you're going to use a half washed, still tastes of detergent cup, dump in a packet and pour kinda hot water on it and stir-- you will hate the result. This is coffee finely ground, not boiled and freeze dried coffee. If you do it right you are creating fresh brewed magnificent coffee, if you are disposable cups and kinda hot water-- avoid this product. It is real coffee, not coffee boiled months ago and freeze dried.
