Serami White Ceramic Classic Coffee Mugs Large Handles with 15oz Capacity, Set of 2

This coffee mug is perfect! It's not too big, not too small and the ceramic finish is definitely the way to go. I've tried plastic (BPA Free) coffee mugs before and they just don't have the taste that the ceramic mug offers. I would highly recommend this product, it's fulfilled by Amazon and they're customer service and shipping time has always been superb! Ceramic VS Alternative Materials: I have purchased many different types of coffee mugs and traveling mugs. I have to say, you can't really get around having a non-ceramic mug for traveling, because ceramic travel mugs would easily break. But for those of you who really enjoy the taste of coffee and the experience of every sip I would always recommend Ceramic over the alternative materials. Plastic mugs: I've tried the BPA Free plastic mug that looks like a Starbucks coffee mug. It works well, but after about a month or so you start to taste a weird after taste with every sip. It's called leaching and even though it is BPA Free it doesn't prevent leaching from occurring. It's also irreversible so once this begins to occur you can pretty much accept the after taste that comes along with it for as long as you are planning to keep that mug around. Metal Mugs: The biggest problem I have with metal mugs is the altered taste. Have you ever had the experience of drinking coca cola out of a glass bottle vs a tin can? It tastes so much better in the glass bottle than it does in a can. Here's a test I would recommend to those who don't believe there is an altered taste. Place water into a glass or ceramic mug and than pour water into a steel (or any type of metallic) mug. Use the same water from the same source and let it sit for ten minutes or so. After ten minutes you will have had more than enough time to taste a significant difference. I personally think the metallic taste is disgusting but completely understand that everyone has their own opinion on that. Some may prefer it. So unless you are planning to purchase a mug for outdoor/travel usage, purchase a ceramic mug for your own everyday satisfaction at home. Coffee will always taste fresh that way.

I love these cups. I have had two similar ones for 20 years, probably from another company, and I used them nearly every day. But I broke one. So I looked and found these and bought two. They were so good that I bought another two even though I didn't need them. What's good about them? Well first off, the cylindrical design. This may be plain, but it is the most stable cup that holds the most liquid. Then there is the capacity - for my use this is the ideal size; I can get a hefty cup of tea in this, or coffee. Next is the microwavability. I have some beautiful cups but they get scorching hot in the microwave and are therefore of very limited use to me. These cups stay completely cool. Finally the white color is important to keep the liquid warm. I am very pleased with them and would buy more, except that I don't need them. They are also pretty heftily built, so I don't anticipate breakage. But if one breaks, I will be replacing it immediately.

Finally, I have found my perfect mug! I love the classic shape, larger capacity, and they report to be lead/cadmium free. After purchasing these mugs, I've stopped my constant hunt for new coffee mugs to try. I use these with 12oz of coffee and have enough room to add milk. Many other mugs I've tried with a similar classic shape are smaller and they cannot fit my coffee to milk ratio that I like. I've been using the mug daily for about 9 months now and it looks brand new, durability is great and no chipping issue, they are solid. Although they state to be 15oz capacity, my set actually holds 14oz - but it is the perfect size for my needs. AWESOME NEW MUGS! I received my new mugs yesterday exactly as promised and was thrilled by the size and weight. Lovely big mugs to hold yummy hot drinks and just the right size to wrap my hands around to keep them warm in the coming cooler weather. My husband surprised me by his willingness to unbox them and get them in the dishwasher. His ulterior motive became clear as he gleefully started popping the bubble wrap. Yes, my husband is a 70-year-old kid! After 50 years of marriage, I knew better than to get mad at the infuriating sound, so instead I asked him to go out on the patio to unbox and enjoy his fun. As he headed for the door, I laughingly said, “The Universe will pay me back for being such a grump by having you drop one on the patio!” We both laughed, but moments after the door closed I heard the inevitable crash of a mug hitting the slate patio. He came in moments later, I thought to get the broom and dust pan, but he had a huge grin on his face and said that it was in perfect condition. Okay, not sure how that happened, but I am thrilled even more by my lovely new mugs. Thank you, this is an AWESOME product!

I looked and looked for just a large, easy to hold handle in white or off white mug to replace a mug I had for 20+ years. I came across these and gave them a try. I am happy I did! They came wrapped so well that you could have used the box as a football. They are nearly as thick as my old one with a great handle. I couldn't be happier to have found this simple, large, solid mug for my morning coffee!

These cups are just the right size 4 a person that has time for only one cup. Or two. The handle is great if you have a larger hand. My wife's hands aren't that large oh, but she handles them just fine. Pun intended. Only complaint is that if you are a person who stirs sugar or honey into your beverage oh, you may start to see the white wearing off at the bottom of the cup within a few months. These are sturdy cups, microwavable dishwasher safe and coffee drinker approved!

The quality of these mugs is excellent. When family visits and breaks our mugs these will be our go to for replacements.
