This is a good sweetener blend, a better taste than Splenda or Stevia, for sure. I like Equal OK but this is better. These are micro tablets and each is claimed to equal the sweetness of one teaspoon of sugar. It's all a matter of personal taste and preference, but I had to put four of these in my cup of coffee to sweeten it similarly to a packet of Equal or Sweet n Low. It is a good sweetener, but I wish the company would double the size of the tablets. The container is a dispenser, you press down on the top to release a single tablet on the bottom. The container itself is small for on the table but bigger than I would want to carry around in a pocket. Shop around for a better price. Another brand has 2000 tablets and the price is cheaper. Because of the price of this Huxol blend, I don't think I would buy this again.
