A**A
Possibly the best Stiefvater book so far
MI broke my heart into a thousand pieces, and I love this book with all of my being. Also, Ronan Lynch owns me now.

Ronan will bring doom
I'm an avid reader of Maggie Stiefvater. What got me first is the Raven Cycle books. I even read Opal before Call down the hawk. The first to last the only character gripped my attention was Ronan Lynch. The middle and the dreamer brother. I admit that I was drawn more towards Ronan and Adam's story, but still I was especially enamored by Ronan. & I think Ronan being a very intriguing and mysterious character, that got him the trilogy. Call down the Hawk was really, really good. I have devoured the book. Now comes the second, the middle child of the trilogy, Mister Impossible. As Maggie noted that we can love it or hate it. Also, she talked about middle child being ignored or adored. It's someone, family members sometimes forget about. So according to her words, the book proved something very similar. In Call down the hawk, I felt a bit out of place with Bryde. But in Mister Impossible, this very character which is even feared by the lace and Adam, became a very strong and annoying entity. I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling about him. Until Declan declared that Ronan never moves by his own wits but he's simply driven by other's influences. Truly, at first it was Gansey, who he almost hero worshipped, then it's Bryde. He needed someone to worship. Someone to follow. Honesty, I never liked the Hennessy/Jordan story line. My distaste continued in the new book too. So I didn't mind them that much. But what bothered me is Adam/Ronan relationship. Then there's Declan being the most suffered character. I was getting vexed with the dragging plot, then towards the end, I literally screamed. It was a blow. A hard one. I guess I knew what can come up but I didn't try to imagine it in my mind. Without revealing anymore, I would urge readers to read this book. Same as the author said, you might hate it or love it. Just know that if you loved Ronan for his uniqueness, you can never stop wanting more. He's the most powerful dreamer of all. He can do anything, even bring doom to the world. I'm here waiting for the final book to drop and wishing very hard to get an HEA for Ronan and Adam.
