More than a self help book

The book is quite helpful, however it seems seller is selling copied version of book. Book and page quality are bad. Text seems little blurred.

Very helpful
This book efficiency actually surprised me. It came up as a suggested book and because I have been in therapy for months, I figured it was worth a shot. The book is very descriptive and helps you to understand the conditions and gives you writing prompts and tools to help yourself get through the tough times. I am about half way through it and have already learned a ton. I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling.

Not as expected
It is not a very exciting and interactive book. I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation and types of exercises given. I found it very boring.
