My stool arrived with a lift cylinder that didn't work. I asked for a return and was quickly granted one The unit was nice, and wheeled very easily, but no seat. I had health problems and could not return the stool by the return date, so decided to just buy a new cylinder. It's a odd size (because of the height) and hard to find, so I contacted the seller and wanted to buy one. They Fed Ex'ed me a new cylinder at no charge! Fair price, good product, GREAT service!

Good quality, its a touch high. Could be shorter

There is nothing tubular about this rolling stool. Heavy duty is not just a saying for most stools. But not this stool. It's fabricated from tubular steel stock with solid welded joints. The wheel look like they are rated for atleast 150 lbs each. Each wheel axle can be serviced by removing the axle bolts. And the adjustable seat piston lift is stronger than anything I've seen in Harbor Frieght stores, or anywhere else. The seat cushion could use a bit more padding, but I'll get used to it. But I have 1 warning. When sitting down, make sure the stool is under your bottom, or it coud rollout from under you. For eveything you get, it's total wieght is less than I would have suspected.

1st impressions were ok this thing appears to be built sturdy. The moment I sit on it, I immediately notice that it is not comfortable & extremely difficult to maneuver. After some inspection, I noticed that the caster mounting to frame is designed poorly. It is welding inside the hollow legs & is very weak. I am a 220lb male, with well under 40 hours of use on this & some of the casters have bent, causing 1 caster to completely blow out, rendering the unit useless. On top of it, it appears that they have designed this stool to not provide the option of caster replacements. I am still trying to figure out how I can remedy this. Overall - Its expensive, Its poorly designed & poorly manufactured, Its uncomfortable. It breaks quickly, even under listed weight rating. Its not repairable, once it breaks... Maybe with some custom fabrication & modifications. Recommendation- DO NOT BUY!!! xXxXBUYER BEWARExXxX

Would be 5 stars if the shipping wasn't $15. The item is considerably more awesome in person than I expected. Comes in 3 parts.. goes together in 3 seconds with no tools. Very sturdy. Rolls smooth. The cushion is extra nice.

I'm retired us navy and I'm disabled. My legs are shot due to diabetes. I can only walk around 2 dozen steps and I have to grab a seat and rest. This unit allows me to scoot around the kitchen and dining room. I can now fix my breakfast, feed the cats have full access to our stand up refrigerator freezer. I can now load the dishwasher and throw stuff in the kitchen trash can! It's going to take a load off my wife. Plus it spares for full access to my garage and concrete driveway. I can scoot around my truck again and accomplish full maintenance and rebuilding of brake and wheel assemblys. It's going to be some of the best money I have ever spent. My wife can't believe how much it allows me to become much more independent. This seated creeper is going to allow a better quality of life. Again it's money well spent!

Great chair, nice height. Very sturdy might buy another one

Overall nice but threaded wheel studs are too short only 1" long and about 3 threads secure the wheels. I used the chair 2 times and the wheel fell off and toppled me to the ground, nice. I ordered at my cost, new wheels with 1 1/2" or 38mm long studs to correct the problem. Jegs has a 30 day return policy, lame. Note: the threads are metric 10x1.5mm. The seat in not well padded or comfortable for long sessions.
