Good straighteners, fast heat up, slightly wider plate than the average straighter but work brilliantly only thing with them is it's not a UK plug but not an issue just would of liked the heads up. After being a lover of the babyliss radiance pro steam for so many years I finally found the ones that match them (maybe slightly better) only used once so time will tell.

Just remember to start from the lowest heat setting. It is very well designed. Overall it is at another level of hair tools. Better than bebyliss ones

I don’t normally write a negative review, but felt compelled to write this. Firstly there is nothing to say that this product is either refurbished or second hand. Which wouldn’t bother me if I know before hand, it’s then my choice. So this came I was excited that flew away after opening the package and saw a beaten up box. Then I found a 2 pronged plug. Eventually after finding with right adapter I read the instructions filled the water for it to go right through and then the hot plate didn’t get hot. I will be returning the straighteners. Don’t spend your money here.

I order the straightener as new, on arrival came with no protective film and scratches on plastic water compartment. Was really disappointed, having in consideration the price.

Düzleştirici konusuna gelince babyliss kalitesi zaten benım ıcın tartışılmaz …10 yıl önce aldıgım düzleştiricimin kablosunun bozulası üzerine artık yeni bir makina almaya karar verdim . İnce telli ve çabuk bozulan saçlarımda işe yarayan elektiriklenme yapmayan ve uzun süre düz kalmasını sağlayan tek marka bu yüzden yeniden tercih ettim,memnunum… Düzleştiricimi de ilk kez denedim gayet iyi bir deneyımdi .
