Excellent customer service. The drawers in the one I purchased were misaligned. After I contacted the seller to complain, they sent me a brand new cabinet. This second cabinet went together perfectly. It fits nicely in my small bathroom.

Directions are the worst I've seen in awhile. I build a lot of things so I figured it out, but it's bad enough for me to make a review which I rarely do. After being put together it does what it's supposed to do however the drawers are crooked as there are no tracks. Keeping it because I already built it and it's only for toilet paper and baby wipes... Sure buy it but know it's hard to put together and mediocre.

This product looks good and it fits just perfectly into that narrow space between the toilet and the basin in my tiny bathroom. I am just so sick of putting things together, though. I must have put together, a bookcase, a fireplace, a side table, a kitchen island, a cabinet for the kitchen, Adirondack chairs, and on and on and on. It takes time and each company is different. Sick of the pressed wood, too, and those cams that have to be placed so they catch with you use the screwdriver to fasten it. Seriously, even though, I generally like the finished products, I waste so much valuable time reading through directions and figuring out what goes where that I doubt I will order much that I have to put together again. For $74.99, this was poorly made. HARD PASS. Move on. Had we known the assembly would be a nightmare, we wouldn't have made this purchase. My main complaint is that the holes at the top weren't lined up, so the top front part of the product is wobbly and not secure. The instructions are kind of worse than Ikea instructions with multiple steps drawn in the same step/section without indication of what goes first. There was a lot of figuring it out as you go, so this took forever to assemble. The manual says it will take 60 mins with 2 people doing the assembly, but it took several hours over a span of two days (we needed a break on the first day because we were so frustrated). We were frustrated because we didn't get why things weren't matching up or what order to go. We also had to add time to figure out how to fix the manufacturer's mistakes! (i.e. you might have to drill to make the holes line up). This item is honestly trash, and we would've returned, but honestly after a few hours spread over 2 days, we just wanted the saga to be over with. I didn't want to put any more wasted time for it. At the moment, It does what we need it to, but I'm not sure how long this will last since there are some parts that are wobbly due to the shoddy workmanship of this product.
