I know a man from Goa that uses this cook book. It has very authentic Goan recipes.

All the recipes are easy, and the ingredients are common one and also I have tried which my family enjoy.

Just what we were looking for, as this replaced a much treasured, and is a much valued gift by the person who it was intended for.

Nice little book I bought it not only for the recipies but also because one of the local restaurants has started cooking Goan food so I thought it would be a nice way of finding out more and trying out the dishes you like back at home.
