Very strong inner core wire.
Very strong wire to cut, and unwieldy when opened up, but that's what you ordered it for. Excellent.

Did the job
This did a great job of replacing the broken support wires on our sofa. Not an easy job to do, but it’s quite effective in stopping the seats from sinking.

Great kit
Great kit it fixed our sofa easily, very impressed though the metal clips a very sharp until they are fixed in place so care is needed during fixing, fixing is done with pliers, very easy operation

Exactly what I needed
Over impressed with purchase. Workable but solid. Exactly what I needed to reupholster the seats in my dads 72 Chevelle. Excellent.

Good Quality Product
Overall a good quality product. The clips were a little small, but they worked just fine for what I needed. I was able to secure the springs in my couch with the wire and clips very easily. I used a pair of needle nose pliers and side cutters, for anyone curious.

Perfect
Worked just as expected. I definitely recommend having a pair of bolt cutters to cut this wire otherwise you’ll have to do what I did temporarily and roll it up under the couch lol otherwise I fixed my saggy couch no problem.

Did exactly what I needed it to
So, I have an old couch that was really starting to sag. With couch prices the way they are right now I really didn't want to spend a couple thousand dollars. That said I decided to take a try at a DIY fix. I flipped the couch over and took a box cutter to cut the thin fabric off the bottom so I could see what was going on. There is a wire that runs between the springs and holds them together. In two sections the wire was broken. I did a little googling and found I could get this wire pretty inexpensively. It was actually really easy to install. I attached a photo, so you could see where I put the cable next to the broken one. I actually decided to add two more wires for extra support. The couch is noticeably more comfortable. If you look on YouTube you'll see a video that tells you you can squeeze the springs back in shape a little bit. I did that as well. Overall this little investment made a huge difference with the couch. I'm very pleased with the purchase

Works great if you know how to secure it.
Perfect for what I needed to repair my sofa. You'll need a crimper purchased separately, but can get by with pliers.
