I have to say, I was desperately searching for a matcha candy from Japan that I had run out of and I was hoping this would be it. It wasn't. So first candy was a bit disappointing, because it didn't taste like the other candy, but I came to really like it. It honestly tastes like matcha mixed with sweetened condensed milk. It's not too sweet which makes it super addictive.
