foot pedal doesn't work, some of the accessories that should come with the machine are missing, I couldn't return since I threw the box , very disappointed 😞

Die Nähmaschine wurde von einem Tag auf den anderen geliefert! TOP! Sie hat viele nützliche Funktionen (Fadeneinfädler, Messer zum Faden abschneiden, LED Licht, viele Programme) und ist leicht zu bedienen. Wir sind echt begeistert über diese Maschine und das umfangreiche Zubehör. Einziger Nachteil: Das LC Display ist nicht beleuchtet. So benötigt man hier extra Licht, damit man dieses gut lesen kann. Abgesehen davon aber eine tolle Maschine, mit der es Spaß macht zu arbeiten.

Bought to replace my old sewing machine which had been handed down from my grandma (pedal broke no spare parts available) the first thing you notice is the outer shell is plastic making this machine so much lighter than I am used to, I can lift it with one hand. Second thing I noticed was a few of the accessories were missing amazon were brilliant at sorting it out. It has a top loading bobbin easy to get used to along with the self threading you just have to make sure the needle is in the right place, which if you let the machine stop with the needle in the up position it is. There is a very good video to watch for setting up the machine. I was able to set off with sewing hems and only had to keep a very light hand on guiding it through straight. When it came to using shirring elastic I had to fiddle about with it to figure out how to get the top bobbin to load it. I chose this machine as it seemed to come with the better accessory choice and at the better price. A beginner would be able to use this machine just as well as a pro, I have only used my sewing machine to make curtains and fix rips and split seems. But when this machine arrived I bought a dress pattern my first ever and in four days I had my very own new dress, Edit after making a few dresses a pair of trousers, more curtains and a Santa suit I decided to make my other half a shirt. It was all going great till I got to the button hole function. I could only get it to work for half a button hole and not complete the whole thing. I got in touch with singer and after a few emails back and forth, where did I purchase do I still have the original box, they arranged for a pick up to fix and a delivery back to me. So please if buying this machine keep the box as singer like it to be sent and retuned in the box it was sold in and print off a copy of the invoice showing the sellers details, as telling singer you got it from amazon isn’t enough. I also had to send them a piece of material showing the problem and spare for them to work with while fixing it. Added a photo of shirt and the now perfect button hole. I am still so happy with this machine
