Great for the Price; Good Mic
While there are some things wrong with this headset and it is not perfect, I give it 5 stars for the value you get for what you pay. I work from home and wanted a cheap headset that can do well on client calls. I’ve tested multiple cheap headsets, and this one is my favorite overall (just remember that if you are looking for a high quality headset with excellent comfort and good noise cancellation, you’re going to have to move to a different price range than what this headset is in).Pros: the mic is very good. It doesn’t perfectly isolate your voice, but it does a decent job and it makes you sound nice and clear. The speaker is fairly adjustable. The option to use USB is also very valuable as some apps will only let you use it for the mic when it is in USB mode. You can also mute yourself with the headset.Cons: the noise cancellation is just okay, but I didn’t expect anything more than what it provides at this price range. My biggest complaint is the comfort- it gets uncomfortable very fast, and I would hate to have to wear them all day.Despite the cons, I’m very happy that I was able to find an affordable headset with a decent mic and sound quality for calls and I would recommend it for those who need it for meetings but that aren’t necessarily in meetings all day.

Great quality sound, comfortable headset
These are some of the most comfortable headphones I've ever used. I work from home several days per week, and I'm on a lot of calls with colleagues all over the world, so sound quality is important to me, and comfort is almost as important. I can literally wear them all day. Sound cancelling is good, but not perfect (I personally don't like to block out ALL sound, just enough that I can ignore distractions when I'm on a call). For the most part, if I am on a call and my kids are home, they block enough sound that I can pay attention to the call and not so much that I wouldn't hear if they kids really needed me. They're flexible enough that I can slide one back off my ear so I can still hear what's around me if I'm listening to music. I never have issues with the microphone, sound wise. I've never had someone say they can't hear me and I have had confirmation that it doesn't pick up too much ambient noise, so no one hears my kids running around in the background. The only downside is the arm of the mic is flexible, which is good, but it is almost too flexible. I managed to put something heavy on it, and it almost folded the mic. Now I can see a crack in the plastic where the flexible part meets the main arm. Quality of sound has not changed, but I'm thinking of buying a backup now, just in case. This headset is nearly perfect. I've had other, more expensive headsets through work that were not as good. I spent hours researching headsets, trying to find something of quality that was under $100. Save yourself that time and buy these!

Good product but has one critical weak spot.
This product is great. It is comfortable to wear, versatile and you hear well and when o ask, people Inspeak with say they hear me perfectly. I've owned 4 pair. Why? One critical weak point, the transition on the microphone boom from plastic to adjustable. This transition poon (unfortunately) breaks leaving the microphone hanging. You will need to tape this at some point or buy new. I love this product but that is the problem spot.

Very durable set - Have used it for 2+ years
Durable! Have used it for over 2 years by now. Surprisingly it still works well since it wasn’t very expensive. Good sound and mic quality - I used it for work, no complaints

Good Headset. But In-line controls with some apps are questionable
I purchased this headset for my work at home, remote call center job. My employer supplied a lower end Jabra set, but the thin foam earpieces were irritating sometimes. I wanted another option, when I was uncomfortable. This set had great reviews related to comfort, but the description didn't specify all of the compatible applications. There was a wide range of compatible apps, but nothing specific. It mentions Windows 10, call center, webinars, skype, work from home in the description. I was using Zoom, Cisco Finesse and Cisco Jabber. Those apps were temperamental too. Some worked better in Internet Explorer, and Some worked better in Microsoft Edge. I also needed Google Chrome. Some of the company's more secure apps had conflicts with that too. With so many conflicts or, not running the app with the correct browser, sometimes caused errors and missing page scripts. It can be a real headache. I should have made sure they were compatible. So, I can't pinpoint exactly which app or which browser had the conflict. Maybe it was the platform: But this headset's in-line volume control would not work. The mute button was also dysfunctional. If a call came in to loud or barely audible, I had to minimize apps to control the volume on the computer. I did check them, to be sure they weren't broken. I plugged them into my personal laptop. I could control the in-line functions then. Anyway, besides their control disfunction, the headset is lightweight, and the earmuffs are cushiony, but I still felt some pressure and discomfort after 7 or 8 hours of use. The sound quality is very good and so is the noise cancelation. That's why I didn't want to send them back. I will replace them and keep them as a backup. Just a warning, this headset does have its limits and compatibility issues. I suggest, if you're not sure, it's safer to check. Better safe than sorry, as the saying goes.
