Aroma Home AHBWP1-0025 Soothing Wrap Fuchsia

I’ve used this brand for several years, and have purchased them for most of my family. They are great. There are other brands we have tried and I still come back to these.

I had a previous version of this company's neck wrap and used it for years without any issue. The fabric on this one is already wearing out after only a few month. The beads inside keep falling out. The wrap is functional and smells nice, but it's not the level of quality that I expected.

This is the second one I’ve ordered. I do not know if the company changed filling material but this was terrible. I’m still using my older one. Crunchy is great for cereal but not for a comfort aide.

I am very disappointed. I have an older one of these neck warmers from the same company, but from a store. My old one is close to 6 inches longer, and there are whole beans in the bag. It is also made of a better thicker cotton cloth and It also holds the heat in longer. This new neck warmer barely has any of the lavender scent left after just one microwave. Cheap, cheap, cheaply made! This is why I hate buying online. Mostly cheap junk online. I will never purchase from Aroma Home Company again. $15.00 dollars wasted! Do not buy from this company.

Didn’t get to use it because the smell was way too strong.
