Easy to use

I didn’t think it did much when I first used it until I hit a tight knot of muscles and then suddenly you know it’s doing something. It almost hurts as you pass over tight, sore muscles but leaves the area surprisingly and pleasantly more relaxed and slightly tingly. Not able to do deep tissue on butt area very well and the wood it’s made from seems to be in need of oil to avoid cracking. Overall a useful tool to add to your self care tools. I use mine while watching tv after dinner to help unwind.

The roller is the right size and feels really good but I’m giving it 3 stars because it gave me little tiny wood splinters in my faja that poked my skin. Wood also shed on my skin as well.
