No more skin blisters
My CPAP mask blistered my skin. I guess I’m allergic to the material. I bought these and they fit on my mark perfectly. I feel like there could be some slight leaking problems when putting the cover on the proper way, but it’s minor. However, when I put it on the opposite way of intention, I noticed it was a tighter seal. Maybe it’s the elastic that makes it a little wonky. Regardless, I’m happy. My skin is protected and I can still breathe when I sleep. All is well.

Disappointed
I was really excited to get these, hoping they would help keep the memory foam protected on my mask as reduce the marks on my face. Leaving the cover as is, it caused more air leaks than without it and I felt like I was suffocating. I cut it to give more room but it didn't help. I slept horribly and one night woke up with such pain on the bridge of my nose. First time on a long time that I took my mask off super early.Sadly, these are a no go for me and I don't know what to do with the rest of them but won't use them again. I hope they work for others because it is such a cool concept.

Improved comfort and mask longevity.
These feel very smooth and comfortable to the skin, compared to the raw mask. And without the liners my masks would develop tears on the thinner corners, but this pretty much eliminates this problem. Money well spent. Try them and if they work get them on subscription.

Not working as indicated
After using the material the cpap machine indicates mask is not properly sealed and air leaks detected.

Way overpriced!
For what this product is, it is way overpriced. A strip of cloth, unhemmed on one side and 6" of elastic sown onto the other side, oh, and a little size label sewn on to cover the overlap of the ends of the elastic. Cost of materials and labor to assemble in less than 60 seconds (my grandmother was a factory seamstress)? If it had been assembled in the USA, about $1 each ~ but assembled in the Philippines, probably less than half that. So $20 for four? You do the math. We're paying for the brand. As the unfinished edge of the material has to stretch to accommodate the mask cushion, the warp and weave of the material begins to stretch. My 3rd photo shows this beginning on the unhemmed edge, just from me putting the cover on my mask once, to try it on.I bought these because the exceptional heat this summer made wearing my full mask too hot with the silicon cushion directly on my skin. But the part of this material exposed to the air inside my mask, I was surprised to find that every time I exhaled, the material would become very warm from the temperature of my exhaled air, making my mask even hotter to wear than without the cover. So while I'd recommend it for the coldest winter weather (but not at this price), I would NEVER recommend it for any other time of year. I didn't have it on long enough to speak to the claim that it prevents indent marks on the skin from the mask, so this might be pure speculation but I seriously doubt the claim. The material is too thin to provide any cushion against that happening. There are other brands available, but if they're made of the same very lightweight material, the problems remain. At $20 a pop, it would be too expensive to explore. I'll have to find a different solution for me, like a minimalist nasal mask.

These things rock!
I am very new to using a CPAP. My biggest problems are drooling and having oily skin. As a side sleeper, I was having drool drip from the corner of my mouth which was highly annoying and messing with the mask seal. I also have very oily skin which despite carefully prepping my skin before bed was also impacting the mask seal. This cover solved both problems. I really like them and highly recommend them. Not sure how they will hold up long term but it looks good. By the way I am using this on a medium Resmed Airfit20. I wash these using a lingerie bag.

Avoid these.
Definitely a product to avoid. No matter which direction I placed the cloth and even ripping the hole to a larger size did not work for me. As you can see in the pictures, it pinches the top of the mask where the nose goes. What little comfort these liners add is quickly diminished by how tight you have to make the headgear in order to avoid major leaks. By major leaks I mean ones you can audibly hear. So definitely one to avoid. I bought the medium size and wear the medium mask so I thought it would be a good fit. Definitely a product to avoid.
