My hair felt very dry
I thought is was a conditioner for use with every shampooing. This is to be used with a coloring session. Doesn't work well for me. Very dissapointed.

This should not have been sold to me!!!!
I was at my hairdresser and asked her what she thought of the pHinish conditioner and she said that it's just a conditioner they use to balance pH after a color - it doesn't work as a regular conditioner. Additionally she told me that it's not sold retail and that if I found it on a place like amazon then it's probably expired.I went home and checked the bottle closely, and sure enough, it said 'NOT FOR RETAIL SALE' across the front. So much money wasted!!!!Why does Amazon not check up on this stuff????

Not that great.
IT sure smells good but it REALLY dries out your hair. And the conditioner leaves a residue on your hair that is hard to rinse out - hence the UV protection. I have always had to color my hair the same and still get the fading or change in color with the sun so I did not notice any difference.

It's not a good product. Doesn't look like Aveda
unfortunately I bought this product from Amazon, not from the official Aveda website as I usually do. For the price I made the mistake of purchasing this product that does not leave my hair with the results that the products on the aveda website have. It looks like it's fake, from the results. Very bad! I do not recommend it at all.

To all not educated on Aveda products...
This product CAN be used as an everyday conditioner; However, it is not meant for Retail Sale as it is considered a professional/back-bar product to be applied to new color treated hair. Aveda does not make this product available to customers for home use. It helps seal in new color and resets the pH level of the hair after color service. So no it should not be sold but definitely not a waste of money.
