My cats love this!
I have 3 cats and 2 are randomly picky when it comes to wet food. Since the third is still a kitten, I have to feed them wet food everyday for a few more months. They get bored with their food and they seem to love this one. There are no by products and all 3 cats love this...so far. I tried the Salmon flavor and they like that as well. I think we'll be switching to this line of food for them.

Causes Health Problems in long run....
I have always fed my cats dry food, never wet food, well now that I'm a little older and I can afford to buy them wet food as a treat, I had been feeding them canned food for about a year, before I started to feed them the canned food one of my cats had his blood tested because of his age, everything was good he was healthy. I had to take him in for an infection he has in his eye the vet said we should do another blood test to see where he's "at". Now all of a sudden he has Thyroid Problems, the vet said that it may have been because of the lining these cans have to preserve the food inside of them. That may have caused the Thyroid problems. I will never give my babies canned food. I have switched them to the pouched food, or the frozen food in plastic they sell at Whole Foods. Here is the website I found information on Thyroid Problems for Cats. [...] Simon is an old man, almost 20, so I understand it was inevidable, but not something that was caused by me. I feel so bad, I love my baby. Thanks for reading.

Fishy Natural Balance - not as palatable as the cheaper stuff
I've fed Natural Balance canned food to my cats over the years and it's provided good nutrition for them. Not the cheapest and certainly not the priciest I have found that my kitties are becoming more finicky in their older age (probably losing a bit of the sense of smell) and won't eat food unless it seems to have a strong odor. This goes for most of the 6. I transitioned from a Natural Balance Canned Cat Food, Indoor Formula, 24 x 6 Ounce Pack to a Natural Balance Canned Cat Food, Turkey and Giblets Recipe, 24 x 6 Ounce Pack and now to this variety. It seems that they enjoy this fishy concoction best but DEFINITELY not as much as the Fancy Feast or now Sheba which has a lot of gravy in the can and is much softer. I find that my cats gobble the latter food up!!! I've been feeding premium and RX brands to our kitties for the past 10 years and honestly have not seen a huge return. I have one cat that is prone to urinary blockages and the most important thing is to maintain a good feline urinary diet for him. I have been feeding him an RX dry food diet supplemented with wet food of various varieties including this one. This can is not as fishy smelling as some of the cheaper stuff ... I think it's why they gravitate to the cheaper brands and gobble it up. I do a little mixing to make things more appealing at times. Overall, I've been happy with Natural Balance but over the years I think that my cats have gotten a bit bored with it. Now that I have introduced Sheba and Fancy Feast into their diets - they go nuts. For me, it's a matter of changing things up every now and then.

Nice food
Good quality ingredients. My cat loves it and she is quite finicky. She fusses over the cheaper canned cat food and won't eat it once it has been in the refrigerator. She does fine with the Natural Balance through the whole can.

Just OK says Macklemore
As stated earlier I believe this is grade A cat food. But as cat tastes vary my dear new 5 year old boy doesn't like this as much as several others.

... Natural Balance now for a year and generally they like all of the flavors
My cats have been eating Natural Balance now for a year and generally they like all of the flavors. This one they will not eat. The consistency is different than all of the others...it comes out of the can in a hard chunk. Very dry, I always had to add water to it. And the smell!!! I wasn't sure if it was going bad or if that was normal for tuna and shrimp. Not for my boys!

Natural Balance Good - Tuna Flavor Bad
I love Natural Balance for my cats, BUT don't get this flavor! My cats hate this tuna & shrimp flavor, and it's REALLY thick, a lot thicker than the others. So if you're unsure about it, get a can from the local store to test before you order a whole case of this flavor.

My cat loves it.
This is my cat's favorite flavor. She's not picky, but she really loves this one. I love that there aren't any weird ingredients in this food. Just real fish and vitamins.
