The sun shade sail is made of PET fiber material and PU glue, which has very good UV resistance and anti-aging performance. It can effectively block 95% of harmful ultraviolet rays, has excellent waterproof performance, and has a certain heat dissipation capacity. 185GSM high density fiber polyester fabric + PU glue Effectively block 95% of solar ultraviolet radiation Breathable material is more conducive to heat dissipation, making you more comfortable under the shade sail The PU glue coated on the surface can effectively prevent rainwater penetration and has good anti-crease and anti-aging properties Note: Please hang at least 20 degrees in the rain or snow to prevent rain/snow from collecting in the middle. Key Feature Use with four ropes and D-rings to fix the shade sail on the selected support. The D-ring is made of bold 304 stainless steel, beautiful and durable High-density polyester fiber and PU glue material can block the sun's ultraviolet radiation, waterproof and anti-crease, and anti-aging performance is better than most materials The special webbing for each corner adopts strong double stitch seam, which is strong and durable. Greatly improve the pulling force that can withstand, making it easier for you to tension the sunshade sail

Good build quality, and fittings
Bought this to avoid paying a premium on a full service shade install that cost more than 10x more.Happy to say that the construction seems bullet proof. The seams appear to be very strong and the fittings it comes with, of high quality*. Installation is a bit of a faff, for a first timer. So plan well and measure 16 times before you start drilling. Especially if you are doing so into concrete. The best advice I can give is to plan. The anchor location has to take into account the curve and to get a perfect stretch across the entirety of the sail you'll need to have your anchors far from where the shade would start.I clipped one side straight to the anchors, but 1 I ran out of wall, 2 I didn't stretch the 3m side to its absolute max. So plan to use the cables and the turnbuckles.Update 1: one of 2 cables failed less than 24 hrs. Replaced it twice and the other 2 failed. So 4 of 4 failures at the crimps. I assume the heat (and rain) is softening the plastic wrapper around the steel cable and slips the crimp. Replaced cables and turnbuckles with provided nylon ropes, 48 hrs since all still good.Hopefully the bit of slack won't cause a rip on a windy day.I'll update with how things go.Update 2 this has been installed for Over 3 month, the Nylon ropes thpigh tought, had been knackered by the sun and they sagged then failed when it rained the first time since install.I bought a few steel cable ties and reused the same cables provided. The improved loop strength has allowed me to set the turnbuckles really tight and stretch the whole canvas tight as a trampoline almost which has made the sail much more stable in windy conditions and allows water to run off cleanly. So again my updated recommendation is still to purchase this sail and avoid using the provided steel cables unless you can reinforce the loops or use separately acquired steel cables. All other fittings are of very good quality.
