This product works better than expected for me. I was getting terrible leg cramps at night even when taking magnesium and using magnesium lotion on my legs. I'll be honest, I didn't expect much but it actually works. It's not the placebo effect as I have tried many products without getting relief and didn't hold much hope for this product. But, works so well that I am now ordering the big bottles.

Unfortunately this product isn't going to work for me as it gave me visual disturbances and migraines. I must be allergic/sensitive to one or more of the ingredients. That being said, I tried it 3 times before making the migraine connection and it did help alleviate the muscle spasms and tension in my upper back.

This works great for my muscle spasms.
