1 cake less than promised
There are 84 cow dung cakes and there is a bit of powder. 85 cakes were what is promised and the powder is minute dust which clearly indicates that the staff has intentionally kept only 84 cakes. Accumulation for a fraudulent extra sale is not proper business ethics. All 84 cakes delivered are well preserved and dry and very good quality. I don't appreciate that you have gone back on your promised quantity but I am satisfied with the promised quantity being delivered.

Low quality dung
These are very low quality cow dung. Even I'm not sure if it is original cow dunga or not bcz it's not take fire easily. Very cheap quality!
