Q: Would this be good for figure skating aswell ?

It is a small bag. The main section can easily fit a pair of figure skates. The bag held up well to season of ice hockey for a 6 year old. The bag is too small now for equipment but it has been repurposed as it held together.

Q: Is there a means to install a TSA Lock on the main compartment?

Not really, has the small holes on the zipper pulls that come together. That is really it.

Q: Would senior size ice/street hockey goalie equipment fit in this bag? (Mask, leg pads, trapper, blocker and chest protector)

Most of the equipment would fit but not the leg pads. Those would have to be carried separately. I use it for senior ice forward gear and there is room to spare.
