Lactia Lactation Support Complex for Breastfeeding, Lactating and Nursing Mothers

I've been using Lactia for two weeks now and I've seen great results! My supply has gone up at least an ounce in two weeks! I was at a standstill with pumping only about 2-3 ounces every 5-6 hours and then feeling really empty by the evening when the baby was wanting to feed for bed (she's 6 months old)! I had tried the lactation cookies and teas and fenugreek capsules, but taking the recommended 9-12 pills a day was so challenging and trying to pump more than once or twice in a 12 hour period when I work as a busy nurse or even get water makes keeping up supply so challenging. I stopped having let down periodically throughout the day, even on days when I was with my baby all day exclusively breastfeeding! After taking this and adding one or two extra pumping sessions after my baby feeds only 2 or 3 days a week, my supply has gone up to 4-6 ounces every 5-6 hours, I have let down moments every few hours again and actually feel full outside of just the morning, and I don't feel empty by the end of the day! This product is so easy to take. Two pills a day is much easier than 9!

I received these Monday and have been taking two as recommended daily. I've also been drinking 5-6 cups of mothers milk tea and eating a couple bowls of oatmeal also. I've noticed a big difference already. I got to the point where I couldn't even pump an once out of each breast! Now I'm pumping about two ounces out of each breast and it's only been 4 days! I have to say I am satisfied with my purchase.

Didn't work for me personally. But I finished the bottle and can say I tried. Hope it works for someone else...

Works as well or better than More Milk Plus but Lactia is much more convenient to take because it's only once per day as opposed to 3-4 times daily with the More Milk Plus. I've taken this for 4 months now and definitely notice a significant difference in ease of let down and quantity of milk.

Took these for two weeks before writing this review. These dis not work for me. I wanted something to build up my milk supply before going back to work but i kept getting a steady 5 onz at every pumping session same as before taking these.

No increase of milk supply.

Amazing!!!! Works!!!!!

Didn't notice a difference.
