It's a sturdy and well-made tool that easily grips and removes even the most stubborn aerators. I was impressed with its versatility – it worked perfectly on my faucet and I'm confident it will work on others as well. This is a small but incredibly useful tool to have on hand for any homeowner.

Solid, Sturdy, Usable and Works
Thank goodness I found this "Thrifco Plumbing 4400276 Universal Aerator Removal Tool". Unlike the piece of cheap, plastic, non-working garbage Delta Faucet sells to remove the aerator they stick into their faucets, this one is solid, sturdy, usable and works much better. First, it's made of metal, so it doesn't disintegrate when trying to use it. Second, it's large enough that you can actually hold onto it and apply a decent amount of torque to the aerator. And finally, it works (well, most of the time). Of my three Delta Nura faucets, the Delta tool could remove the aerator from only one of them and destroyed itself in the process. This tool (using the element marked "JR") could also remove the aerator from one of the two stuck ones. But, unfortunately, it still couldn't remove the aerator from the final one (even after we put some vinegar in a bag and soaked the remaining faucet head to remove the built up calcium -- it ended up stripping the teeth on the aerator). As for negatives, even though this wrench is much easier to use, it's still hard to apply enough torque without the little teeth popping out of the slots in the aerator. But, I think that's pretty much a function of the ridiculous aerator designs these genius faucet manufacturers have come up with. However, since it couldn't handle that last sink, I'm dropping my rating a star to 4 stars out of 5. Buy this one and not one of those plastic things.

Great tool in your plumbing arsenal
Wish I had this wrench sooner in my life as a home owner of 42 years. .

Doesn't fit DELTA bathroom faucets
Didn't fit. Even though some reviews says it does. I need one that has a smaller head. Build quality seems good though but will have to return

Works on stuck hidden aerators.
If you have a hidden aerator that is stuck you need this tool. It’s metal and it gives you some leverage to rotate the aerator. The plastic ones did not allow me to loosen the aerator.
