As long as you get the proper wrist measurement and correspondant bracelet size, you're good to go!

Mine more peach. I guess it depends on the batch. You can tell that even from pictures they have for different beads sizes.

Q: Are they really genuine gem or man made?

Only the item marked "ceramic" is entirely man-made. Some of the clear quartzes have had coatings added, like "aqua aura" and "rose gold" quartz. The phantom quartz on offer does not seem to be discernable as such, because a phantom quartz crystal has formed on the outside of another quartz crystal. I don't see how you could tell that from a bead, but I've never seen these in the stone, so to speak, and because of that I really can't disparage them. They may be genuine as all get=out.
