I thought long and hard before buying this machine. Read a ton of intervies, watched a lot of videos. So I eventually ordered one and it came in, nearly complete, very minimul assembly.... It took longer to unbox but it really is the size of a suitcase. Ialso ordered the head rest and leg extension package. It was not cheap by any means, but I am pleasently surprised at how well it is built and the tough construction. I am legally blind and mostly homebound so going somewhere to work out is not an option. The fact that ut is so adaptable makes it a perfect pieceof equipment. Now...goiven all that you will not be bulking up like Arnold S,, you won't get the drfinition of Jet Li...but you will have a wonderfully made, adaptable platform to do basic body work and exercises. At 73 I won;t be toting around the country or neighborhood, but it is portable and easy to store...and the best thing? It's not going to be an adjunct clothes hanger like that treadmill! Well worth it all the way around.....oh! and I bought it on Amazon because it may be cheaper to buy from the factory...but I could never get an actual person on the phone if I had any issues and with Amazon the return policy was much better,,,but no worries...this thing will outlast me!

Im totally in love with my TOTAL FLEX!!! It does everything and more ! Easy to assemble, easy to use and adjust. I can leave it open or close it up in a corner of my room. BEST GYM EVER! I’m proud of my purchase!!

Just what I was looking for. I got the one that comes with headrest as well. Can move room to room but it is a bit heavy. Compact and gives a decent workout. I wouldn't recommend if you're a bodybuilder, but at home workout it's a good piece of equipment.

I have not found a thing I don't love about this product. The Total Flex L (with performance pack) is way more machine than I could ask for, especially for the price. I live in a small apartment, so space is at a premium. Setup was easy and only took a short time once I understood how to install the bands for the leg workout side (more complete instructions would be helpful). The first few days I folded the FLEX up and put it against the wall, but since I was using it more and more, I realized I could leave it setup and just slide it against the wall and it still did not get in the way. It is plenty big for some of us larger people. I'm 5' 10" and was at 249 lbs when I started, now down to 209 lbs so far (not all due to working out). But the point being, I would not hesitate to buy it again. A lot of bang for the buck! User in Bremerton, WA.

The total flex L seems to be a good product. It was easy to assemble. It’s easy to change around for different exercises. My concern is their website advertises that it comes with a wall chart to display on how to perform each exercise along with a meal guide. Neither of these were in the box. My biggest complaint is that I cannot find a legitimate phone number nor email address to contact customer support about this issue. Every phone number I can find tells me that this number is not in service and every email address I find I get a delivery notification telling me it’s an invalid email. This is very discouraging !!!!!!!!!

Goes together easily, but nothing showing workouts or what settings (positions to put things in to do different exercises. A wall poster would be helpful but NOT included. I've had multiple strokes and unable to remember what goes where or what exercises to do. Thought this would be great for me but lack of support from the company I'm going to return and get something that comes with instructions.

Can't always make it to the gym, tired of paying and not attending. When arrived it had a missing bolt,no problem replacing it. Assembly instructions are a little messy but, went together fairly quick. Was Leary about the tension bands, I get a good work out and in the convenience of my home. Love that folds and stores easily when not in use. Only thing is, wish they would include a pamphlet showing all the exercises. Vendor did send me a PDF with the information. Definitely recommend.

Another product that I wad skeptical over, you know thr saying if something is to good to br true..... Well this little machine delivers a good workout in a small foot print that is easily collapsed for storage or transportation. Being disabled I look for products that are easy to use yet still can deliver results, this machine delivers what it says. Your not going to build huge mass, so let's be real.....but you will build definition and strength. You can always super set to get around the fact that thr resistance is a combined 130 lbs. Machine is so easy to use even my grandson can use it

Very good home gym

Pleasantly surprised how compact this is. I keep it set up outside my office so I can hop on when I find the time. No excuses now. I’ve only had it a week but have worked out more since it’s in my visual. I’m very happy with the smoothness of the bands and you can put all 3 bands together to get more resistance. I would recommend it.

Definitely liking it little pricey and no workout instructions but not hard to figure out just wish they would state u don’t get the head rest of leg exercise or the extra bands

Have regretted getting rid of my Body By Jake for a few years. This unit is far better and provides a full workout in the comfort of your home. The variety of adjustment in the resistance bands meets all my needs and my wife’s. Simple 2 bolt assembly and it folds down for compact storage. My 6 ft frame easily fits on the seats and back rest. The only thing missing is a chart to show the various setup positions to do a complete set of exercises.

This is by far the best exersice exuipment I have ever purchased. It is simple to change positions and works every muscle, takes up very little room fast delivery highly recommend this Total Flex
