Can I use a floater with a chlorine tablet on this?

I think is a good idea .but you should know how many of them and for how long . Since it is a small amount of water an you dont want to over chlorine your water . :)

Is the pool bottom inflatable as well? Or is it flat (without air)? We will be putting this on top of concrete.

Is flat . I placed mine in concrete but i used contractor plastic bags in between and we are enyoing our pool very much.

What size tarp or pool cover would I need?

The pool is not very big . Unsure of size you would need. See dimensions of pool on box or ad.
