This is a good for value. Helps get fantastic sleep. I take it 30 minutes before I go to bed and sleep through the night. If I don't I wake up every hour. Taste is pleasant, it helps with inflammation. Top notch quality. Perfect size. The dropper makes it easy to use so you dont have to clean up a cup or something else

I order this just to rub on my temples when I have a bad migraine. Sounds weird but it definitely helps with the extreme pounding and pain.

1/2 dropper to chill anytime of day. Full dropper for great sleep at bedtime. Ahhhhh. :)

I tried this for insomnia and pain. I can't say I noticed much of a difference.
