The picture doesn't really show much but included it anyway. I had been using Serra Cooling pillows for WAY too long. Plus 4 additional pillows that also are pretty sucky. The Serta ones started out with some floofiness/volume, but very quickly flattened and there wasn't any way to fluff them back to the original shape. That was disappointing because I had assumed their quality would be better as a known brand. I was pretty hesitant buying pillows on Amazon, as I had previously done this before and was disappointed with the actual product. But, these arrived in a very small box (compared to their actual size), in very tight vacuum sealed plastic. As soon as I opened the packages, they immediately started expanding to full size (pretty quickly). They are very full, memory foam is cushiony and still firm (not hard firm though). If you're looking for a legit pillow that's not going to flatten like a pancake, I highly recommend these. Plus the price is very reasonable. It's safe to say I'm in love with them and would definitely buy again, if I ever need to (which I doubt will be anytime soon). Sleep well and prosper friends!

I've bought so many pillows just this year and they all fell flat, literally! I'd sleep great for a week and then the back and neck pain returned because the fiber fill was compacted and wouldn't re-fluff. I spent hundreds on pillows guaranteed not to flatten out only to have them look like pancakes in a week. We've been sleeping on these for a couple weeks now and the fluff up beautifully and no pain in the morning! My only complaint is that I don't want to get up I've been getting such a great night sleep. My husband doesn't like his as firm so he was thrilled to find out he could adjust the level of firmness by removing some filling. I would recommend these to anyone struggling to find an affordable worthwhile pillow, it will be the last one you buy!

I replaced my old, worn out pillows with these and BOY do I love them. You only need one because they are so tall. They are on the firmer side, but in a super comfy way. When one side gets squished down I just flip it over and TA-DA, brand new pillow. There is an inner and outer bag, making it easy to clean without removing all of the memory foam pieces. I loved them so much that I bought another set for my guest room.

These pillows are fantastic! They are firm so for a side sleeper they are perfect! I purchased a king size set and they fill out the pillow case after a couple of days of fluffing. Will buy again when needed.

When the foam is inflated the pillow is much heavier and firmer than expected. I had been looking at pillows for a while, finally chose one. I was quite surprised that the pillow felt so nice to sleep on. Hope others have nice experience.
