The media could not be loaded. I ordered 6 cups, 2L,2M and 2S, I received only 5 boxes. And no use in complaining to customer care. On the box nowhere ii was indicated what size is the cup. Never seen such a waste product. Never go for this product.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered medium size....i found it very uncomfortable....the material is not soft...it's thick...maybe a smaller size might have been better
