OK, so I have no complaints of size or stickiness. They fit my glasses perfectly. They stay on very well. You do need to wipe your glasses with alcohol to take off any face grease etc so they will adhere well. BUT.... and I looked to see if someone else had this problem and yes I found the same problem with someone else so I didn't look any further. I started noticing when I took my glasses off that there was a rotten smell and then I realized it was the pads! The other person's post thought it was caused by sweat but I don't sweat so I don't know if it absorbs food smells or what but it smells ROTTEN. So disappointed. Back to the drawing board.

Only thing I don't like is the thickness as you can see them on my nose, but it's a great help to keep my glasses up on my nose

Don't stick.
Don't stick and are way too big for wire-frames. Waste of money.

Good padding, they stick pretty well
I like these pads. This is the second package of them I have purchased. They stick easily, stay put, provide good cushion, and I used one pair for almost six months before I had to change them. Then I lost the package and bought these.
