Affordable and High Quality Tubes for Your 29er
Bought these tubes for my 29er mountain bike as spares. Have not used them yet, though I have inspected the tubes, and compared to other tubes I have used in the past (for both mountain bikes and road bikes), these seem really durable and thick. I suppose this may not be the best trait for those who care about ounces and grams of weight, but considering that these may withstand more abuse, they are certainly worth it to me. For those curious, one tube weighed 0.56 pounds, or about 254 grams. Considering my bike currently runs tubeless, the weight gain is actually only half of the tube weight. This is due to the sealant, stem, and thicker rim strip being removed when you put in a tube into a tubeless tire. In simpler terms, your bike will weigh 0.56 pounds more swapping from completely tubeless to tubed. For me, the weight penalty is minimal compared to the extra cost of tubeless (special tubeless rated tire, sealant, stem, and rim strip). To summarize, these tubes are a perfect fit for 29er wheels between 1.75" to 2.5" wide. Affordable tubes for a 29er wheel.

Mountain biker recommends this tube for 29 inch tire
Be careful inflating tube intially as the tube popped below the recommended PSI for mountain biking. I was able to get a replacement, however, and the tube has been great and sturdy. Installed easily onto the tire and stays reliably inflated. I would recommend for mountain biking.

Removable valve core enables use of self-sealant
I use the size 26 x 1.75-2.5 MTB 'Conti Tube' tube with my Continental Trail King 26 x 2.4 MTB tires. I use the size 29 x 1.75-2.5 MTB 'Conti Tube' tube with my Maxxis Ardent 29 x 2.4 MTB tires. I like them better than tubes of these sizes sold under brandnames Bontrager, EVO, and Duro because these particular Continentals have removable valve cores, which enables the use of self-sealants such as Slime. Various articles written by expert bike mechanics recommend testing any and all new tubes before stowing them in your backpack in preparation for a ride. If you are in distress out in the middle of nowhere and should need a spare tube, you don't want to discover at that time that your new spare is a DOA. So when I test inflate these tubes to about 10 psi (without installing them), it's a little disconcerting to see them inflate quite non-uniformly, looking quite distorted in shape. However, this peculiarity is not uncommon with most other brands/sizes of inner tubes. I've been using these since spring 2014 and am quite satisfied with them. The only flats I've gotten so far have been double pinch flats due to my own negligence (inflation pressure set too low for high speeds on embedded rocky trail surfaces). These pinch flats occurred whenever I was barrellng down trails having small faceted rocks firmly embedded into the trail, and I had failed to increase the pressure in my tires, leaving them with as little as 16 psi at the front from a just-previous outing on smooth surfaces such as clay or sand. Note that my tires contain thick heavy plastic tire liners and I also fill my tubes with Slime, so those are probably the main reasons why I don't experience ordinary punctures from thorns, etc. For reference, I weighed the tubes on a precision digital scale: Size 26 x 1.75-2.5 weighs 7.61 oz (216 g) Size 29 x 1.75-2.5 weighs 8.25 oz (233 g) Size

Great tube for the money valve stem worked perfectly. I have no fault with it.
Fairly lightweight has good thickness and I’ve been running it nonstop for at least six months.

Valve stem core doesn’t stay in…
I understand there are things I could do. However buying a product that’s basically plug and play for my bike, I shouldn’t have to. I have a different brand tube in my rear tire but my front one (this tube listed above), every time without fail takes the core with it when inflating. Whenever I un-thread my electric inflator, the core to the tube will come with it. I have a core tool to tighten it and put it back on but it’s very annoying that 1. I have to put it back on every time and 2. Have to fully re-inflate my tire and hope it doesn’t come out again. Usually it doesn’t come out twice in the same day but it does come out on each separate occasion. Very annoying and I would be extra annoyed if I wasn’t mechanically inclined, and I would have to use a tool that I may or may not have, to reassemble the product I just bought in order to use it. It’s a tube at the end of the day so it’s normal functions aren’t bad but this is enough to make me not buy it again.

This was delivered. You can compare the photo with the product photo on the Amazon. No signs on the inner tube it's Continental, nothing. Who complain about product for 8 €? I guess not much customers. But I bought this to someone else and this made me to write this.
