A little larger than I thought when it arrived but as it goes anywhere (out of site) on or in the vehicle size definitely doesn't matter in this case. Battery lasts quite well and as it's rechargeable no batteries to keep buying and fiddling with changing them over. I chose this model as there is NO subscription saving money (and the App is also free) and going further the SIM card I used in it is 1P mobile (1P calls, 1P text and 1P data). I chose £30 annual fee because it receives and replies via text when asked as to its location so it remains extremely cheap all round. Especially useful when shopping and "forgetting" where you parked your car. Lol. Great value and highly recommended.

I now have 4 of these trackers bought over the last 3 years. That in itself tells you how good I think they are, but what I want to emphasise is how good the support from Ada is. Within an hour of messaging Ada to add the new tracker to my account so that it shows all my tracked vehicles in the app, it was done and the new tracker was in my list on the app.She has also been very quick (within an hour) to respond to other queries over the years such as increasing the frequency of refreshing the tracker’s reported position.Excellent product, excellent service!

used a vodafone sim. Tracker currently on my window cill with full mobile signal, still thinks its 200mile away and I cant send commands to update.. could be a sim problem. but I'm not impressed.

The product is very well made and packaged. It only has a rubber seal, behind which the SIM is inserted and charged and has status lights. Turns on automatically as soon as you insert the SIM.The setup is not as simple as the instructions make out, but technical support (Ada) helps right away and she is VERY GOOD all up and working with 5 minutes of assistance (WhatsApp).Insert SIM, send a few SMS and you have the device working.Not sure about battery life yet.... It works with SMS (SIM Card) and GPS using the App I have iPhone and it works flawlesslyGreat value for money and highly recommended!

It seemed straightforward to set up but unfortunately mine didn't work. I contacted Ada and quickly got some very useful help and guidance (something which is quite rare these days). Having worked out everything had been done correctly and it still didn't work a replacement was sent to me very quickly. The replacement worked first time. Can't comment on battery life yet but tech support was excellent and accuracy seems very good.

Good delivery. Easy instructions. Can use app or text direct to the tracker. All works perfectly. Great comms from supplier offering help and support..which i havnt needed.

Good just battery run off when live tracking every day last nearly 10 days average tracking 8h at least you know where your motorbike!
