For £9.99 I would expect 100% guarantee for these guys…but they don’t offer this…and the reason why is because it’s not a great product.The concept is great on paper - twist, shake, comb in, fast acting (5mins) then rinse.The problem is when you come to combing it in. It came out for me with force but because of the comb it’s hard to tell how much is coming out and hard to spread it about.I have absolutely no idea why you need to brush it in - it would be much easier to squeeze in and massage in.I have strands of grey at the front. I focused on this area before spreading all over the head but it’s not properly covered the greys. They look darker but certainly not brown and haven’t covered like the sides.Personally it would be cheaper to buy normal hair dye that the ladies use. You get plenty for the full head of hair as it’s designed for long hair, they often include conditioner to help retain the colour, they have a lot more shades, and it’s still permanent and grey coverage.L’Oréal really need to have an option to remove the brush so you can squeeze on — using a brush can also increase to risk of a reaction on the scalp as you are irritating it.If this was £5.99 I’d be more understanding but at £9.99 it should be better.

I bought this product before. The results when I used it for the first time were amazing and it looked natural. Using the same bottle, I tried to dye my hair the following week but to my surprise the results were not the same. The dye didn’t apply on the grey hair at all.I thought I did something wrong so I ordered the product again. The same thing happened.The first time the result were amazing but the second time I tried to use it, the dye didn’t apply at all.

Very Natural look removes grey really well but without looking like you have coloured your hair. Easy to prep. Takes a little bit of getting used to squeezing and combing through the hair. Make sure you shake well👌 only leave on for the time stated can go dark very quickly. Definitely the best I've tried👍

5 Star Product. Used JFM product - but had a reaction causing blisters after they changed to the improved ingredients. However, the product with Loreal one twist is exceptional and looks and feels great. Hoping the product remains the same as it is now - will be now a life-time consumer of the Loreal one twist. No one likes grey hair - and this product really works and covers the undergrowth of the hair and not just the top coat of hair layer. Thanks Amazon

The original version with the grey plastic brush was the best. I could control how much and where I wanted the dye to go thus leaving bits of grey If I wanted to. This ridiculous modification means you have to mix the whole amount and slop this all over your head. You've no control and It drips everywhere. You'll end up dying the whole head If that's what you want.
