When I got these in, I only really wanted the carafe size cup. It worked fine the first time I used it. After I washed it and was ready to make my next batch, it gave me the oops error. Then I could not get it to not give the error. It was returned. The small cup worked fine when I tried it.

I've used it approximately 6 times and haven't had too many issues with it. I have a Keurig 2.0 and I noticed that neither filter fit correctly. When I close my Keurig, there is a noticeable gap. However, this hasn't affected anything meaningful so far. I bought this for the karafe filter and when I first used it, the plastic deformed a bit when I closed it due to one hole not aligning correctly. Overall, it does what I need it to. It's just not perfectly made for the Keurig 2.0

Big cup is hit or miss every time you use it. Sometimes machine accepts it. most of the times it has and error message. Tinker enough and it will work. Not impressed. Little one works great

Lid never closed all the way. some of the coffee beans end up in your coffee. I was willing to look past all that till it stopped working for my keurig 2.0. The keurig says it's not made for it and you must buy keurig brand.

Great for our favorite flavors that we can use in the coffee maker.
