Print on outside of box states "Makes Family Life Easier and Better"...I'm still waiting for that to happen, but as for the product quality itself, kings and aces. Installed easily in a few minutes and works as advertised.

Nice dispenser!
This soap pump was easy to install and has a larger bottle than my last one. It has two silicone washers for a tight seal. It's easy to fill from the top. The nozzle is a little longer than others, which makes pumping directly into a pot or pan easier.

The color doesn’t match what other companies describe as brushed nickel.
If it was not for the silver colored look, I could give it five stars. Only with water stains does the color become more like brushed nickel like in the photos provided in this review. It is not a solid metal piece and it is a thin piece of metal over plastic which is acceptable for a soap dispenser if the color matched. It does come with a silicone collapsible funnel to make it easier to refill the soap dispenser and I wished all other manufacturers would include this funnel. The hard plastic bottle that goes underneath the sink is thicker than the thin plastic bottle normally found in other dispensers. It was also easier to install with the hard plastic bottle.I was debating to return this due to the color not being close to what other manufacturers call brushed nickel and I am hoping the water stains will become permanent to make it look like brushed nickel. The two star deduction was for the color issue and that it also stains easily with water.
