I love products that just work. No fuss. No muss. Plug it in, configure it and it works.
Very happy. Very sad I didn't order this when it first came out.Arrived promptly, packaging was suitable for the product. Unpacked, followed the quick start instructions, unplugged the original equipment. Power cycled the modem, plugged in the base station, plugged in the Satellites in other rooms, added the app to my phone, connected to the device, configured my SSID and password, and that's it. Since I used the same original WIFI SSID and password, everything that was connected before connected again to the new equipment. Greatly extended the range of my network. Previously, I had three mid-priced ($150 each) devices in mesh mode using OpenWRT, and would experience frequent drops and outages throughout the day, none of which was more than a minute or two, but always seemed to occur at the worst possible time.Since installing the Orbi setup, no drops, no disconnects, can freely roam around my house, garage, into the driveway, backyard and front yard and as long as I'm in range of one of the satellites or the base station, everything flows 100%.So for less cost than the three mid-range WIFI boxes, and much less trouble than installing my own firmware and maintaining it all, and with much greater performance? There's no regrets other than I regret I didn't buy this sooner.

Great wifi setup for my home
I've had a few Orbi's since they were introduced and tgis one does not dissapoint. I've connected this to my cellular home wifi router and get solid coverage around my house. They are reliable and well worth the purchase.

Apologies to my neighbors for probably snuffing out their own wifi signals.
Holy smokes this thing works. I had just a regular Spectrum router, tried a powerline adapter, the Orbi RBK50 (1 router 1 satellite), and now this Orbi753 (1 router 2 satellites). The powerline adapter sucked- maybe it was my wiring, i donno. The RBK50 was "decent" but didn't really outperform my basic router enough to justify its cost in my opinion. This thing blows everything else away so far, not only with the extra satellite, but I think the general signal power as well. My PS4 was upstairs (router is downstairs) getting 15-30mbps on wifi and the powerline, and 50-100mbps on the other Orbi plugged in with an ethernet. Plugged into THIS orbi, it's getting 250mbps, which is what it was getting PLUGGED INTO THE ROUTER DOWNSTAIRS..... My max internet speed is not much, it's only 300-350mbps coming into the house. So this is bonkers. Some other ambiguous testing locations that will mean nothing to you, other than for comparisons:Location A (wifi):Spectrum Router- 340mbpsPowerline adapter - 56mbpsOrbiRBK50 - 336mbpsOrbi 753 - 338mbpsLocation B (wifi)Spectrum Router - 226mbpsPowerline adapter - 35mbpsOrbi RBK50 - 223mbpsOrbi 753 - 335mbpsLocation C (wifi)Spectrum router - 130mbpsPowerline adapter - 46mbpsOrbi RBK50 - 267mbpsOrbi RBK753 - 317mbpsLocation D, outside (wifi)Spectrum router - 68mbpsPowerline - N/AOrbi RBK50 - 148mbpsOrbi753 - 314mbpsJust bonkers. Full speed internet everywhere on my property. This is refurbished. Seems to work well so far. Will update if anything goes sideways down the road. Hope it stays this great forever.

The product didn't work well AND I was given a runaround by Amazon associates.
This product did not perform as expected. The mesh network did not greatly improve the speed of my home wifi network. The stationary devices were not assigned to the satellites that were much closer to the devices. The hand-off from one satellite or base to another mesh system for mobile devices like phones or tablets took too long. I had to manually turn the wifi off and back on again to force the switch. I ended up buying the newer mesh system from Orbi that are much better at determining which devices should be assigned to which satellite in the mesh system.Worst of all, when I tried to return the system, an Amazon associate gave me the wrong information which ended up with me not getting the $280 used to purchase this product. I contact Amazon multiple times via messages and chat before the return. I was assured that the money can be credited to my Amazon Gift card. When the return occurred, the money was not credited to me. I was given a runaround and no solution to the problem. Now, I am out $280+. If I can give less than 1 star, I would've selected that option.

Great but...Tech Support...
Setup was okay...one of my satellites did not want to connect and I had to do a lot of "turn it off and back on again."One day though, my admin interface stopped working. I do some pentesting from time to time and needed to update my port forwarding. I called customer support and they told me to factory reset. Several times. I said no as they did NO TROUBLESHOOTING AT ALL up to that point.Several calls later (as I am sure we all have experienced) I get the person who knows whats wrong. This is a KNOWN ISSUE and they are rolling out a fix. Could not tell me when or how that would happen but we'd get there. In the end, I found a user on Reddit that was a NetGear CSR Admin and asked her for help. All good the next morning.TLDR: Had an issue, had to get a Redditor to fix it. NetGear CS is bleh.
