Was happy to get this item in three days and put it to use immediately. I'm loving the various pressure points along the stick. Just wish the larger side was slightly angled. Great for the neck, lower back areas. I'm liking the sturdy plastic and various choices of colors. Thanks, this massage stick is definitely helpful to me!Good pricing as well!

Prior to this I purchased a different back implement that was well-made from metal however, I couldn't get good leverage to pull on my spine. Even though this is made of plastic. it is a sturdy type plastic and the proportions are perfect. It comes in two pieces so if you need to store it you just unscrew the bolt and fold it up. I would recommend this and buy it again.

This is the absolute best for getting knots out of your back.. I have bought many of them for friends and family.. so easy to use just put the balls on your know and push in and it starts to release the knot

Helpful in a pinch but have used better quality massagers.

Can't have a masseuse everywhere you go, so when those stress-related knots start in the back of my neck, shoulder blades, theres only one way to deep massage those areas to break up the knots, this one is particularly good because it has the one pointy end and the other end is round. It comes apart into 2 pieces so fits in a desk drawer or even under my car seat. Love it.

not so easy to use. small nubs that are difficult to release the knots. it doesn't work for me at all

Absolutely amazing product!! I suffer from chronic tension and trigger points in my upper back and neck due to stress and anxiety. This has been an absolute game changer for me! The pointed end really pushes this to the next level when it comes to alleviating trigger points. I also really like the straight ends as well as the two rounded bumps for your neck. I have used other "s hooks" or theracanes and this one is by far my favorite with all the extra bumps and knobs. As long as the two ends are secured together tightly you would have to be the hulk to get a lot of flex out of this. The material is strong and will last a long time if taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I recently barrowwed a friend's "Muscle Hook" and since I was pretty stiff, I needed to be aggressive to work out my knots. And it worked great, so great I wanted to get one and they said they got it from Amazon and told me the price. So I looked it up, and couldn't find that brand, but found this one with good reviews. I should know better.. Same price, but this thing right out of the box I could tell it was going to let me down.. This one is made out of a light duty plastic and the first time I went to use it, it started flexing before I even used any significant pressure... If I try to use the pressure I need, I can hear it cracking when it flexed. The one I barrowed is made from an ABS fiberglass impregnated plastic and isn't hollowed out. It's significantly heavier and is all one peice.. I can't see any splay in the plastic. As where this one has splay right where it needs strength the most, so I know just by looking at it, it's going to break there right in the bend on both ends... Over all, I am disappointed I bought this cheap peice of garbage. I'm about to use it, and I bet it breaks first time... Not sure of there is sound in the video, but I was trying to demonstrate that it's making cracking sounds and show how flimsy it is. I am a Tool and Die Mold maker, and working in the Automotive Injection Mold industry. If any of our products had the splay and lamination this does in it, anywhere, let alone the gate area, the parts would be rejected, and that's not even talking about a structural part.. This has to have strength, and it doesn't. It's junk...
