My drain come in a complete closed boxed no instruction. It was missing a rubber piece. I reached out to let them know. I didn't get a response back.

The media could not be loaded.  This drain fits in with my new bathroom. The color is solid black throughout and looks elegant with minimal design and clear cut drain holes. Installation is simple enough, so long as you have the correct piping to connect to this drain. The inclusion of the flange really drew me in as I am sure to wash not only myself but my young puppy in the shower occasionally and need a safe way to capture loose hairs and prevent blockage in the drain.

I like it very much. I like the grid design. Compared with the products I have used before, the water flow has increased a lot, and it will not cause water accumulation when taking a bath.

I bought 2 of these for a new home . Very good quality. Would recommend.
