First off - product does what it says, and once installed, you will lose pressure, but thats because these pipes are around 11mm thick, compared to the standard 15mm - this is not too much of a concernThis was for a new build, so needed to get some couplers to ensure the pipes could join correctly. This would be handy if known before about sizes in the description, but not too much hassle as a couple of quid at a builders merchantonce installed - looks great and does what it says - i find it using less water due to lower pressure, which is excellent. The tap looks great and the extendable hose is great too. feels sturdy and well made

Very easy to install very good quality and very powerful cleaningBe aware tho the waight u get with it needs a bit of roomIt's the retractable hose waightNeeds about 80. Cm space with a gap of 100 cm in other words if ya sink cupboard is above ya sink ya gunna need to remove the shelf

We've wanted a pull out type tap for some time but most were out of our budget. Saw this tap and for the price it was worth a go. We had it professionally installed as needed some pipework & new waste fitted. The tap is fantastic, multiple spray options, good pressure & looks great in matt black. Not suitable if you do not have a combi boiler because you will not have enough pressure for the hot water (high pressure systems only) it was installed along with a new sink. A word of advice, you need plenty of space under the sink cupboard for the weight that helps retract the hose, hence why we had pipework altered. Overall its a very good quality tap.

The body of the tap is sturdy enough but the toggle switch that varies the spray is made of plastic and wasn't very robust. Since this is the part that will get most use, I decided that it wasn't for me and am returning it for a refund.

What can I say. Amazing value.My plumber didn't believe me when I told him how much I paid for it. He is going to get one for his own kitchen.

Nice tap but the hose diameter very small, weak water pressure! Useless as it is!Next time I'll check the diameter before I buy this kind of thing

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this product. After a good few weeks of using it in my kitchen it gets the thumbs up from me. Easy to install and adjust for my sink (the weight can be moved so it can hang down as far as you have space). It is very lightweight in itself compared to my last tap, but that doesn’t affect its use whatsoever and not an issue. Hot to cold mix works fine and the pressure hasn’t been affected by change of tap. The switch between stream and shower works fine also, although if you had a low water pressure this function still works perfectly well. The head can swivel 360 degrees, so no issue with rinsing middle sink or drainer if you have them. All round I think this has been a great purchase and I’m very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.
